Designed to streamline and centralize emergency transit services across the region, the dispatch center will serve as a vital hub for coordinating rapid medical intervention, ensuring critical care reaches patients when every second counts.
At the heart of this national emergency care network is the rollout of the dedicated 922 emergency toll-free line. By dialing 922, citizens across the country will be connected directly to dispatch personnel equipped to assess urgent medical needs and deploy nearby emergency transport promptly.
This toll-free service aims to drastically reduce response times, bridge critical gaps between rural facilities and referral centers, and uphold equitable access to healthcare for all Kenyans.
