Three suspects have been arraigned in a Marsabit court facing charges of malicious damage to property at Kukub Farm Primary School in Turbi-Bubisa Sub-County, Marsabit County.
Ali Abduba Yattan, Tura Katelo Ibrae, and Adano Jarso Sora are accused of jointly with others not before the court willfully and unlawfully damaging a metallic fence and other school property valued at Ksh 374,500.
However, the suspects did not plead to the charges after the prosecution requested additional time to complete investigations.
Marsabit Senior Resident Magistrate Edward Oboge granted the prosecution’s application, ordering the three to be remanded at Marsabit GK Prison. The case is scheduled for mention on July 23, 2026
