Three suspects have been arraigned in the Marsabit Law Courts over the malicious damage of property at Kukub Farm Primary School in Turbi-Bubisa Sub-County, Marsabit County.

The suspects Ali Abduba Yattan, Tura Katelo Ibrae, and Adano Jarso Sora are accused of willfully and unlawfully damaging a metallic fence and other school property valued at Ksh 374,500. They are alleged to have committed the offense alongside other individuals who were not present in court.

However, the three did not take a plea after the prosecution requested more time to complete investigations.

Marsabit Senior Resident Magistrate Edward Oboge granted the application and ordered the suspects to be remanded at the Marsabit GK Prison. The case is scheduled for mention on July 23, 2026.
