President Ruto meets Sheikhs at State House.

Date:

President William Ruto has hosted consultative meetings at State House, Nairobi, engaging religious leaders, community elders, and Muslim scholars (Sheikhs) from across the country as part of an ongoing government initiative to strengthen grassroots collaboration and national unity.

Discussions focused on involving faith leaders and grassroots representatives to foster regional stability, combat radicalization, and mediate community-level disputes.

The President outlined key government policies—including social security programs, education support, and local infrastructure projects—urging community leaders to assist in public sensitization and implementation.

Reaffirming his policy of opening State House to delegations from all regions and faiths, President Ruto emphasized that the national executive residence belongs to all citizens, including religious and grassroots leaders.
