KIGALI –Rwanda has repatriated 289 citizens rescued from human trafficking networks operating in Cambodia, Oman, Laos and Myanmar, as authorities intensify efforts to combat cross-border trafficking and protect vulnerable citizens from fraudulent overseas recruitment.
