Popular digital content creator and Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) student Derrick Omollo has passed away following a fatal fall in Juja, Kiambu County.
The incident occurred while Omollo was out walking with a group of four friends. According to accounts and text conversations shared online by close friends, the group encountered a band of suspected muggers who confronted them.
As the group attempted to run away from the attackers, Omollo reportedly fell into a nearby quarry. He succumbed to the severe injuries sustained in the fall.
